Hey there! Great to read everyone’s updates!

I met Judy at Wally’s, a classic little jazz club near Symphony Hall in Boston, during college. She was visiting her friend, who was dating my roommate…Steve Smith. I was at Berklee. Steve was at Emerson. Ironically, Judy grew up in Westfield and was attending Rutgers.

Judy and I got married in ’95 and have been in the Boston area ever since. We raised our kids in Westwood, MA. Justin, our son, went to Harvard and is now a software engineer in NYC and loves it. Our daughter Daisy is in her final year at Bates College in Maine. What a great state, we go whenever we have the chance.

I just wrapped up 33 years in the Boston Public School System as a Music Educator. I now spend my days writing for various publishers and music production companies that place music in TV and Film. I spend my nights playing with my band, Just Another Guru. We had a blast playing on the Cape all summer. In between, I am Judy’s domestic servant (food shopping, dinners, slippers, cocktails…the works) as she has 3 more years in BPS as an administrator and is also finishing another master’s.

I started scuba diving about 5 years ago…always dreamed of that. I try to dive somewhere exotic at least once a year(the photo is on Crete). If we have any divers in the class, let’s talk shop! See y’all soon!
