After moving 7 times in 10 years, Chrissy and I landed in Summit for 12 years. Our dad was in the military and then worked for a large corporation that moved us many times. When we graduated from college, they moved again to the Philly suburbs, and I have been here ever since. I got a degree in Architecture and have been a practicing architect for 35 years. My husband is also an architect, and we have a small firm together in Phoenixville, PA. Summit gave me an appreciation for beautiful buildings, walkability, and living in a small town. Our two sons are in their mid-twenties. James is a middle school social studies teacher, and Will is pursuing his veterinary medical degree. He just started his 3rd year of a 4-year program. I still keep in touch with friends from our days growing up in Summit. I have many fond memories of my time there and can’t believe it has been 40 years! I love reading all of the updates.
