40 years—how did that happen so fast? After high school I went to Syracuse University, majored in communications, and somehow turned my love of talking into a career in travel, tourism and lifestyle PR. I have have spent decades convincing people that vacations and dessert are “strategic priorities.”
I’ve been married to my husband Rob for 21 years, and we have three daughters: Amanda (20), a junior at the University of Rhode Island, and 17-year-old twins, Jessica and Jordan, who are deep in the college application trenches. Between dance competitions, gymnastics meets, and enough sequins and leotards to costume a Broadway show, I’m slightly terrified about what I’ll do with myself next year when the twins are off to college and our weekends are suddenly…available. (Suggestions welcome…)
In the summers we escape to Sea Isle City, and back home I spend a lot of time volunteering at our synagogue and attempting to keep everyone fed, focused, and on schedule. Sorry I won’t be able to make it to the reunion, as we already have a college dance team tryout and campus visit that weekend, but I have loved reading everyone’s updates.
Looking forward to staying connected, and to all of us collectively pretending we feel way younger than “40th reunion” makes us sound.
