“Who?!” Hi everybody I’m really enjoying reading all these great stories. I left SHS after sophomore year when my family moved to the Bay Area CA. I finished high school in Cupertino, pretended to go to college at UC Santa Barbara, then went back up to the Bay Area where I got involved in early stage technology companies. After a few years I moved to Dallas in 1994 to help start a company, got married there and we had our daughter. After that company exited we moved back to the Bay Area in 2001 to help build another company and we had our second child there (Jason… yep, we’re idiots). I also met up with Beth there in CA! After selling that company we moved to Chapel Hill NC where we have lived now for 15 years (not far from Paul Verderber, and I randomly ran into Enzo after we moved there). Our daughter just graduated college last year and is working near home, and our son is a junior at William and Mary. I’ve been “retired” for a little while, but I stay active on boards and helping growth stage CEOs scale. Holly and I travel quite a bit, spend a lot of time with our kids, and I stay active mountain biking running surfing etc. It’s been a good life so far, lots of hard work and some challenges too, but also plenty of good fortune, and none of it possible without the support of friends and family. I’m landing JFK from Japan the morning of the reunion, planning to find my way to Summit somehow and see you all there!
